Last updated: 17 May 2026 · Effective: 17 May 2026 · Qliqx Ltd, England & Wales
At Qliqx, your privacy is not a policy — it's a promise. This document explains exactly how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-powered social media platform. We will never sell your data. We will never share it without your knowledge. By using Qliqx, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, including your name, email address, password, and business information such as your niche and target platforms. We also collect usage data, log data, device information, and data from social media platforms you connect to Qliqx. Our AI agents may process content from your connected social media accounts to perform their functions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send technical notices, updates, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; monitor and analyse usage patterns; and send marketing communications with your explicit consent. We never use your data to train our AI models without your permission.
3. AI Agent Data Processing
Our AI agents — Vexon, Trenzo, Lumis, Kael, Zoren, Revo, and Zara — process your brand information, content, and social media data exclusively to provide their services to you. This data is used solely to improve your account performance and is never shared with other Qliqx customers or third parties for marketing purposes. All agent outputs belong to you.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your information with: (a) third-party AI providers (Groq, Cerebras, Google AI, SambaNova) who process data under their own privacy policies solely to power our agents; (b) service providers who assist in our operations under strict confidentiality agreements; (c) law enforcement when required by law.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access your data; the right to correct inaccurate data; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to object to or restrict processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and store certain information. Essential cookies are required for the service to function. Analytics cookies help us understand how you use Qliqx so we can improve it. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, though this may affect some functionality.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws different from your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete such information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page, updating the 'Last Updated' date, and sending an email notification to registered users.
