These Terms of Service govern your use of the Qliqx platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Qliqx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
Qliqx is an AI-powered social media management platform that deploys autonomous AI agents — including Vexon, Trenzo, Lumis, Kael, Zoren, Revo, and Zara — to build brand identity, create content, manage audience engagement, and generate revenue across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok Shop.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Qliqx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. You may not use another user's account without their permission.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Qliqx to: (a) violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations; (b) infringe intellectual property rights of any party; (c) distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing content; (d) engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (f) upload malicious code or interfere with platform integrity; (g) use the service to harm, harass, or discriminate against any person or group.
5. AI Agent Conduct & Responsibility
Our AI agents act autonomously on your behalf on connected social media platforms. You are fully responsible for all content published and all actions taken by our agents on your accounts. You must ensure your use of Qliqx complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of each connected social media platform. Qliqx is not liable for account suspensions or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.
6. Content Ownership
All content generated by our AI agents on your behalf — including brand identity assets, captions, scripts, strategies, and reports — is owned by you. You grant Qliqx a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use this content solely to provide our services. We will never use your content to train AI models or share it with other customers without your explicit consent.
7. Subscription and Payment
Qliqx offers paid subscription tiers: Starter (£59/mo), Growth (£99/mo), Domination (£199/mo), and Elite (£999/mo). Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with full Domination-tier access for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period ends, your account will be automatically downgraded to your selected plan. You will only be charged if you choose to provide payment information and continue past the trial period.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Intellectual Property
The Qliqx platform, including its software, design, architecture, agent system, LLM Bus, Orchestrator, and all associated technology, is and will remain the exclusive property of Qliqx Ltd. The Qliqx name, logo, and brand are protected trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Qliqx is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our AI agents, including follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue generated.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qliqx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Qliqx in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qliqx Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) content published by our agents on your behalf; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Qliqx shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before initiating legal proceedings.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email to registered users and by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
